• Axle wind-up in the Toyota part time transfer case causes a multitude of high maintenance problems through the driveline.
• The vehicle is also difficult to drive as it pushes straight ahead in corners.
• Well � no more! The Gearless centre Differential converts the Toyota into a smooth, safe and robust workhorse.
• First available for the 75 series since 1990� Two variants � dedicated Low Range or Dual Range are available to suit all Toyota cab chassis including 78/79 and the new 70 series V8.

• CV Joints need grease INSIDE the cage for maximum life.
• A grease nipple in the end of the shaft allows for quick and effective greasing from inside the CV whilst still in the vehicle.
• Our pressure relief valve stops excessive grease pressure blowing past the inner axle seal into the axle tubes

• Specifically designed for underground mining heat.
• This heavy duty built tougher for tough conditions. It is thicker, has twice the number of tubes with wider fins and is solder coated for extra strength to withstand corrosion and pressure cleaning.
• A low water port with sender can be included if required.

• Needed for years and now available.
• Quick and easily fitted, the boot fully protects and stops contamination from water, corrosion abrasion and rocks destroying the expensive axle housing.

• A simple disc arrangement that simply bolts to the rear of the Toyota Transfer case. Has a mechanical caliper and solid rotor and uses the original lever inside the cabin.
• Gets the Park Brake up out of the mud, and is easy to clean.
• Can also combine with a Gearless Centre Differential for a potent Mining vehicle combination.

• Heavy duty cooling.
• The steel fan is coupled with a steel connecting hub to replace the standard plastic fan and clutch hub. Always spins at the engine revs.
• Maintenance free and much more effective especially in deeper water situations that suck the plastic fan forward into the radiator.

• 78,79,100 with free wheeling hubs & 78,79,100 without free wheeling hubs
• Designed for when permanent 4WD is required without the need to be unlocking the hubs. Fit and forget to reduce maintenance and keep the front wheels driving at all times.
• A complete kit consisting of a flange, cap, and gasket to hold the CV joint in the correct position. Flange replaces the freewheeling hub and slides straight on.
